Association track record
From dialogue to action, we continue to advance cybersecurity and technology exchange between Taiwan and Israel.
Co-hosted with the Department of International Cooperation, Ministry of Economic Affairs, and the Israel Economic and Trade Office in Taipei, the forum extended Taiwan–Israel cybersecurity dialogue and created a platform for government and industry exchange.
Held at the Sheraton Grand Taipei Hotel, the summit welcomed 223 attendees and focused on Israel’s cybersecurity experience and exchange with Taiwan’s industries.

A veteran executive in Taiwan’s information technology and cybersecurity industries. He previously served as General Manager of Cisco Taiwan’s Public Sector and Service Provider business, with extensive experience in cybersecurity, government, and telecommunications markets.

Ph.D. Candidate, Graduate Institute of International Affairs and Strategic Studies, Tamkang University
His work focuses on international strategy, cross-strait relations, and current affairs. He previously served as a secretary in the Hsinchu City Government and regularly publishes commentary on political economy and defense strategy.

Experienced in ICT, value-added networking, and cybersecurity distribution, he contributes to enterprise AI cybersecurity partnerships and market development.
