ICHTA serves as a platform connecting the cybersecurity, high-tech, and innovation ecosystems of Taiwan and Israel. We integrate resources across government, industry, academia, and research to facilitate collaboration with strategic and practical value.

Our story

Background and Establishment

In a rapidly changing cybersecurity threat landscape and digital economy, Taiwan and Israel have both developed deep technological, industrial, and talent capabilities. Building on earlier cybersecurity exchange activities, the Association continues to create links for dialogue, knowledge sharing, and collaboration between the two sides.

The Israel Cybersecurity Summit was held in Taipei in 2018. The Second Israel Cybersecurity Summit Forum in 2019 continued to advance government and industry exchange, forming an important starting point for the Association’s cross-sector collaboration.
